eBay Removes Leaked Pokémon 30th Anniversary Listings Under Stolen Property Policy

eBay has begun removing in-hand listings for unreleased Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration cards and merchandise after receiving communication from The Pokémon Company International regarding their unauthorized distribution.

Affected sellers received notices stating that the products had not yet been distributed or made available for public sale through authorized channels. eBay is removing the listings under its Stolen Property Policy and advising sellers not to relist the items unless they can document that they were obtained through a legitimate source.
